Job responsibility:

• Responsible for effective Operation and Maintenance of  Process Equipment, HVAC, Utility, Purified water generation and distribution system
• Execution of planned preventive maintenance of process equipment, calibrations.
• Execution of planned validation / revalidation of HVAC, Isolator, Air Shower, Dynamic Pass box.
• Handling the troubleshooting through quality management system.
• Ensure proper utilisation of Boiler, HVAC and water system.
• Imparting training, develop down the line skilled workforce and improve people and equipment efficiency.
• Develop, improve and implement SOP’s, Protocols and other record format relevant to repair and maintenance function

Desired Candidate Profile

• Desired candidate should be ITI/DME/DEE/BE/B.Tech.
• He should be from Pharma formulation background
